That will bring nothing

That will bring nothing KB.

I think if everyone with an account in e-bullion sents an email to:

www,losangelesfederalattorneys.com

to the attn. U.S. Magistrate Judge Charles Eick

who is the Judge in this case, and writes to him, maybe thats a better idea, because we need to get Fayed out of jail so he can make a decision on e-bullion, and maybe at least return some funds or something else. Remeber there is nothing in the indictment about e-bullion. And Fayed is the only one to take care off it. Read Ian's previous articles.

I dont' think you should take everything from that website at face value. All this talk about propanganda and stuff are biased either way. How do you know the information in that website isn't propanganda in the first place?

Collaborative software

Collaborative software environments like Clearspace, Acrobat.com, Zimbra and Zoho can create oceans of records on business interactions and negotiations. Those records can be fodder for e-discovery in a lawsuit. An issue businesses will face is whether to preserve those records under their record retention policies. --Ben http://hack-igations.blogspot.com/2008/02/collaboration-e-discovery-and-record.html

This prediction was made during the infancy of TIS. So, does the WSJ.com Mobile Reader (launched today) counts towards meeting the criteria of this early prediction?

I think that BuddyPress is

I think that BuddyPress is the next thing.
I'm going to build a full website around it in several domains, such as:
http://www.buddypress.me/
http://www.buddypress.tv/
http://www.buddypress.mobi/
http://www.buddypress.co.uk/
and more...
anybody who can help is invited!!!

The whole "us vs. them"

The whole "us vs. them" battle raging over digital music is a real bummer. You'd think companies like the RIAA would profit greatly if they built a new business model around the possibilities sites like Pandora offer.

I've been using www.nuTsie.com lately which does have similarities to Pandora. They have recommended music based on a user's entire iTunes library (which has great potential; more accuracy than Pandora's single band method). Also, their business model is strong enough to absorb the royalty rates (ie. they have a mobile version for a small fee).

This jerk filed bankruptcy

This jerk filed bankruptcy in 1997 after his last big scam. It's public record in Los Angeles. His curent businesses were called a Ponzi Scheme by the United States Attorney. What else do you need to figure out he was running a scam. Maybe the $3 million in gold bullion found in his home>|? Get real!
All the lipstick in the world won't improve this pig!

Wait for what?

Lee: I would like to speak

Lee: I would like to speak with your father, if possible. I tried to contact one of the FBI special agents involved in this case, but he would not say anything, beyond telling me to talk to the FBI's press office. Email me at ian at thestandard dawt com.

Ruby: You're free to post a small excerpt, or, as micinka suggested, give a link to another news story.
@Bradley, you said "It's

@Bradley, you said "It's hard to believe that the same thing is being measured if Apple has experienced tremendous growth, yet slid from 15.4% last July to 14% in February".

Well, it is not that hard to believe. Non-Apple desktops and laptops just had more sales in the US in 4Q07. This is consistent with Gartner's reports which showed a 2% drop (from 8.1% 3Q07 to 6.1% 4Q07) of market share (using different measure than NPD). See http://www.macrumors.com/2007/10/17/apples-3rd-quarter-2007-u-s-marketsh... and http://www.gartner.com/it/page.jsp?id=584210.

Apple just had explosive growth this year relative to the lackluster sales from non-Apple culminating in the 19.5% NPD numbers.
