who is the Judge in this case, and writes to him, maybe thats a better idea, because we need to get Fayed out of jail so he can make a decision on e-bullion, and maybe at least return some funds or something else. The whole "us vs. them" battle raging over digital music is a real bummer. You'd think companies like the RIAA would profit greatly if they built a new business model around the possibilities sites like Pandora offer.

I've been using www.nuTsie.com lately which does have similarities to Pandora. They have recommended music based on a user's entire iTunes library (which has great potential; more accuracy than Pandora's single band method). Also, their business model is strong enough to absorb the royalty rates (ie. they have a mobile version for a small fee).

This jerk filed bankruptcy in 1997 after his last big scam. It's public record in Los Angeles. His curent businesses were called a Ponzi Scheme by the United States Attorney. What else do you need to figure out he was running a scam. Maybe the $3 million in gold bullion found in his home>|? Get real!

Well, it is not that hard to believe. Non-Apple desktops and laptops just had more sales in the US in 4Q07.
