Time Warner is given an offer to sell (or "merge") AOL with one of the other Big Three (MS, YHOO, GOOG).
For this prediction to be judged favorably, the deal must be announced (but not necessarily closed) on or before June 30, 2008. Judgement will be made on July 1, 2008, unless news breaks early.

I'd prefer this to be an accepted offer to merge/sell. Closing still not required.
We already have rumors of talks between Yahoo! and AOL. Do they constitute an "offer"? Does it matter which party initiated them?
